We’re hiring detail-oriented Wire Harness Assemblers for a small, growing company supporting aerospace programs right here in Tempe. This is a long-term opportunity with real stability and the potential to go permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies

• Follow schematics and work instructions

• Perform cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering

• Maintain quality standards in a clean, organized environment
  
  
  

  What We’re Looking For:  
•  Prior wire harness, electronics, or small-part assembly experience
• IPC-620 CERTIFICATION IS PREFERRED

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and team-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in a production environment
