Location: Eau Claire. WI
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

 Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: $17.50/hr — No shift differential
• 2nd Shift: $19.50/hr — Includes $2.00 shift differential
• 3rd Shift: $20.00/hr — Includes $2.50 shift differential

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator to join our production team! This position helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with the shift leader and team members about daily tasks
• Review paperwork and complete shift reports and route sheets
• Perform secondary operations as instructed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Gather supplies needed for your workstation
• Report production, packaging, or quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist in training and supporting other operators
• Follow company quality management procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and accurately complete paperwork
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry tools/materials throughout an 8–12 hour shift

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or injection molding experience is a plus!
