Project Manager | Estimator

Located in Nacogdoches, TX

Seeking to train a driven individual to be an estimator but also plan to cultivate and hone their skills to also take on project management roles in the future.

  

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• How to read a tape measure
• Simple math skills but super important… addition, subtraction and multiplication and division.
• Knows how to use outlook or similar email software to send/receive emails…attach and send files etc.
• Reading of construction drawings
• Organizational and time management skills
• Personable personality, easy to understand and talk to
• Punctual/ Dependable
• Self-Starter
• Local to the area (we start early and sometimes will be working weekends depending on the current load of work, living within 20-30 minutes max might be helpful)
