Concrete Worker

Location: Chickasha, OK
Pay: $18-$25/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Occasional Overtime

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Worker to join a growing construction team in Chickasha, OK. This position involves assisting with all phases of concrete work, including site preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites and set concrete forms
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with measuring, grading, and site layout
• Perform concrete repairs and patching as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or construction experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
