Manufacturing company in Gainesville, FL has immediate opening for a customer service representative to support their team.
Job duties:• Answers telephone calls, emails, and web requests addressed to customer service• Uses Configurator and distributor discount sheet to provide pricing of configurable products• Assists customers in use of website tools• Provides “typical” lead times for new inquiries• Provides status updates for open customer orders. (Consults with Sr. Customer Service personnel prior to providing answers when unsure of accurate status/timing)• Crosses-over competitor part numbers to company products• Escalates requests for technical assistance when necessary• Escalates unresolved customer concerns to management• Communicates customer quality concerns to Quality Manager• Communicates/escalates requests with significant opportunity to Sales Manager
Position is M-F 8AM-5PM.
Pay starts at $17-19/hr with full benefits once hired permanent.
