Position Overview

Seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a well-kept, high-end residential community. This role is responsible for supporting the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the property through general maintenance, repairs, janitorial duties, and grounds support. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, presents professionally, and is committed to providing excellent service to residents and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas through routine janitorial duties
• Clean and perform basic upkeep of pools and fountains
• Complete painting, touch-ups, and cosmetic repairs as needed
• Perform minor electrical work, including replacing light fixtures and bulbs
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks and irrigation repairs
• Safely work on ladders and at heights as required
• Operate equipment, including a manlift, after proper training
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
• Utilize an online work order or scheduling system to manage tasks
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience preferred
• Painting experience required
• Basic electrical repair knowledge
• Janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience
• Experience with landscaping and minor irrigation repairs preferred
• Comfortable using online scheduling and work order systems
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Willingness to be trained on manlift operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional appearance with a customer-service mindset
