Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate
Pay: $19.50 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, labeling packages, and preparing shipments. No prior warehouse experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders
• Accurately pack products for shipment
• Verify products and quantities before packing
• Apply shipping labels and barcodes
• Sort and organize products and inventory
• Assemble boxes and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to lift packages up to approximately 50 lbs.

Compensation

• $19.50 per hour
• Full-time position
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• On-the-job training provided

Work Environment
This is a hands-on warehouse position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
