• Prepare and maintain the glue station and stock supplies based on daily production needs.
• Follow production schedules and manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble foam core and foam encased mattresses using the correct components and specifications.
• Apply hot melt or water-based adhesive safely and properly.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality standards.
