Are you a people person with great communication skills and a professional phone presence? We’re looking for an Information & Referral Specialist to join our team!

📞 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate person
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide the public with current information about assistance programs and general eligibility requirements
• Schedule appointments and explain what clients need to bring
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail
• Prepare and send outgoing mail
• Enter client information into state and agency databases
