A well-established professional services firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative technology team while supporting critical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and firm technology platforms
• Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and user accounts
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including workstation deployment and access provisioning
• Support conference room technology and audiovisual equipment
• Document and track support requests through resolution
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting attorneys and professional staff
• Assist with technology upgrades, system implementations, and other IT projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory, user account administration, and hardware troubleshooting preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience supporting a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
