Summary:
A manufacturing facility in Cary, IL is seeking a Janitor to support the maintenance department. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with an established employer that offers growth opportunities and promotes from within.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain restrooms throughout the facility.
  • Sweep and mop floors in production and common areas.
  • Clean parking lots and break rooms and empty trash receptacles.
  • Operate a floor-cleaning machine to maintain shop floors.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, safe environment.
