Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) for materials, supplies, and operational needs.
• Manage and track Maintenance Repair Orders (MRO) to support maintenance and production operations.
• Utilize Oracle ERP/System to enter, update, and monitor purchasing and inventory-related transactions.
• Coordinate chemical purchasing activities, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining required inventory levels.
• Perform inventory-related floor activities, including inventory counts, stock verification, and material tracking.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal departments, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory data to support operational efficiency and reporting requirements.
