Our client in Painesville, Ohio is seeking a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment producing innovative foam packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will:

Set up machinery and adjust machine settings as needed.
Operate production equipment to fabricate foam parts.
Run presses to die-cut foam components.
Build foam assemblies using hot glue and other adhesives.
Follow standard work instructions and production procedures.
Cross-train on various machines and production processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately read and use tape measures and calipers.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to read and understand standard work instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle a moderately demanding workload.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
