1st Shift Heat 3 / Annealing

 

Our client in Rockford is looking for a dependable Heat Treat / Annealing Operator to join their team on 1st Shift! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to become part of a hardworking team. The shift is Monday to Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM and the pay rate is $19.55/hr.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating heat treat and annealing furnaces and related equipment
• Loading and unloading parts and materials according to production requirements
• Monitoring furnace temperatures, cycles, and processing times
• Inspecting parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met
• Completing production and process documentation accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

 

Job Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Heat treat, annealing, furnace operation, or machine operation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
