Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and computer-savvy individual to support our Hospital Supply Recovery Program at a medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Collect designated supplies from patient rooms and hospital locations.
• Scan, identify, and track products using computer systems.
• Operate the UV Light Disinfection Tunnel.
• Resupply disinfected products throughout the hospital.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality-control checks.
• Provide basic training/information to hospital staff.
• Follow all hospital, HIPAA, safety, and company procedures.

Requirements

• No healthcare experience required — full training provided.
• Computer savvy; comfortable with Windows and Google platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Up-to-date immunization records.
• Must pass AHCA Level 2 fingerprinting/background screening and meet hospital clearance requirements.
• Must complete required online hospital orientation and training by the company 
• English speaking.

Training

Paid training includes company procedures, HIPAA, OSHA, hospital protocols, UV technology, product scanning systems, and 2–3 weeks of onsite training with senior trainers.
