Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This is a temp-to-perm role that combines standard warehouse operations with specialized equipment handling, including sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely operate a sit-down forklift and overhead crane to move, stack, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
General Warehouse Labor: Assist with staging inventory, packing, picking orders, and organizing warehouse storage areas.
Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying order accuracy against packing slips and incoming manifests.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; report equipment maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift; experience operating an overhead crane is strongly preferred.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Punctuality: Strong work ethic with a history of reliable attendance for the 7:00 AM shift.
Safety Mindset: Proven commitment to workplace safety protocols and careful material handling.
