Salary: $19/hr

Join our manufacturing team as a Deburring Operator, where you’ll help ensure finished parts meet drawing, specification, quality, and delivery requirements.

 

Job Duties

* Identify parts and requirements based on manufacturing orders.
* Blend mismatches and break edges according to drawings and specifications.
* Use hand and power tools to deburr and finish materials.
* Deliver completed materials to designated work areas.
* Accurately complete detailed work orders and routers.
* Work closely with the Machine Shop and Machine Shop Scheduler to support on-time delivery.
* Follow **AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS)** requirements and support continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

* High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or equivalent skills.
* Ability to use basic hand tools and handheld measuring tools.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow routers.
* Basic math, spelling, and reading skills.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and take direction from leads and supervisors.
* Must be legally eligible to work for an **ITAR-restricted employer**.
