Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join a manufacturing team as a Full-Time Electronic Assembly Technician. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and products while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Duties:
• Assemble electronic components, cables, and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
• Inspect components and completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.
• Identify and report production issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation.
· Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, or assembly processes preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
· Previous manufacturing, assembly, soldering, or electronics experience preferred but not required.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
