Duties:
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty-related questions.
• Process orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed customer records and account information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company offerings.
• Assist in meeting customer service and sales goals.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email platforms.
· Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
· Passion for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, or outdoor recreation is a plus.
· Previous customer service, retail, sales, or call center experience preferred.

$20.00 per hour + commission opportunities
