We're looking for a dependable and hardworking professional to join a team as a Full-Time Tire Technician. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, rotating, and maintaining tires while providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently.

Location:

Duties:
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles.
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear and damage.
• Perform tire pressure checks and recommend services as needed.
• Assist customers with tire and service recommendations.
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking of tires and supplies.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
• Work efficiently to meet daily service goals.
• Assist with general shop duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tire service equipment.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to lift tires and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
· Previous tire, automotive, or shop experience preferred but not required.
· Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay:
$22.00 per hour

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
