Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Outbound Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has hands-on forklift experience.

The Outbound Coordinator will help coordinate daily outbound operations, communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel, assist with inventory movement, and ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and warehouse activities
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and management
• Check drivers in and out and ensure proper shipping documentation
• Coordinate the staging and movement of products for outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts as needed to move and stage materials
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipment information
• Assist with inventory organization and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Assist with resolving shipping or loading issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other warehouse and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
• Prior experience coordinating outbound shipments is a plus

Compensation

$24.00 per hour
