General Labor – Production

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our production team. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on general cleanup and material handling in a foam/insulation manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, and able to work in a hot, dusty production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas throughout the shift
• Sweep and remove foam dust and debris
• Stake and organize foam products
• Stack rejected products
• Palletize products
• Wrap and secure pallets
• Organize and move materials as needed
• Assist with general production and cleanup duties
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Work Environment

This is a very dusty and hot work environment. Employees will work around foam/insulation materials, and the job can involve exposure to dust and particles that may get on the skin and clothing and can cause itchiness or irritation.

Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and following all required safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
• Comfortable working in a hot and dusty environment
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience
