• Machine Operation: Operate various shop machines including presses, PEM presses, drill presses, band saws, press brakes, shears, and CNC/miter saw machines. 
• General Fabrication: Use hand tools such as hand drills, jigsaws, handheld punches, rivet guns, and arbor presses. 
• Finishing & Assembly: Sand and deburr parts, and assemble frames and housings. 
• Quality & Tracking: Read prints, drawings, and shop math; measure with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures); and log job progress in the ERP system. 
• Workplace Maintenance: Follow 5S principles to keep the work area clean and organized, and assist with assembly or packaging during volume shifts. 

• Skills: Mechanically inclined and precision-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Work Ethic: Strong attendance, positive attitude, focus, and a willingness to learn in a team environment
