Job Description
Express Employment Professionals in Richmond is seeking a Production Associate for one of its well-established clients in the Richmond area. This position supports day-to-day activities within a food production environment. The role helps ensure products are processed, packaged, and prepared efficiently and safely.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy items throughout a shift
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail for quality and inspection tasks
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
• Dependable with good teamwork and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment used to process and package peanuts and other food products
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Lift, carry, and move heavy materials and product cases throughout the shift
• Load and unload materials, operating a forklift when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Record production data and report equipment issues to appropriate staff
• Collaborate with team members to keep the production line running efficiently

Pay and Schedule
Pay: $18–$20 an hour.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
