The role plays a key part in helping the facility maintain smooth, efficient operations.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Previous experience operating production or industrial machinery
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving experience
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals, or schematics
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in machinery maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills for coordinating with coworkers and supervisors

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper function
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions or equipment issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify wear or potential problems
• Assist skilled maintenance staff with repairs and equipment installation
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and priorities

Pay and Schedule
Pay: $18–$24 an hour.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
