We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and manufacturing equipment maintenance.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, manuals, diagnostic tools, and testing instruments.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Safely remove, transport, repair, and reinstall machine components using hoists, forklifts, dollies, and other material handling equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and production performance.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and position equipment components.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred

• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment.
• Forklift, lift truck, or material handling equipment experience.
• Maintenance certification, technical degree, or related training.
