Position Details

• Job Title: Prep Cook / Line Cook
• Location: Hotel Kitchen
• Pay: Starting at $14.50 per hour, based on experience and skill set
• Schedule: Variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for daily food service operations
• Follow recipes and portion standards
• Cook and plate menu items according to hotel specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Properly store food and monitor product freshness
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality staff

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
