We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Construction Worker to join our team for an upcoming warehouse setup project. You will be responsible for assembling, constructing, and installing industrial metal racking systems in a newly opened facility.
Assemble and build heavy-duty metal racking systems according to layout blueprints and safety standards.
Secure and anchor racking structures to concrete warehouse flooring using hand and power tools.
Unload, move, and stage heavy metal materials, frames, and beams throughout the warehouse.
Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Experience: Prior experience in general construction, mechanical assembly, or industrial building trades required.
Specialized Experience: Previous experience installing pallet racking or industrial shelving systems is a strong plus.
Tools & Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools (impact drivers, drills, rotary hammers, socket wrenches, measuring tapes).
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly, stand/walk for full 8-hour shifts, and work comfortably on ladders or aerial lifts.
Safety & Reliability: Strong focus on workplace safety, attendance, and punctual work habits.
