What You Will Do

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to transport materials throughout the facility.

• Loading & Staging: Load, unload, stage, and position inventory in designated warehouse storage racks and bay areas.

• Order Replenishment: Pick, stock, and replenish products accurately using RF scanners or system pick lists.

• Dock Support: Assist shipping and receiving teams with material verification, staging outbound orders, and inspecting incoming loads.

• Safety & Care: Conduct daily equipment safety checks, adhere to facility guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work zone.

What You Need

• Required Experience: Proven experience safely operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.

• Logistics Familiarity: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required.

• Tech Skills: Hands-on experience using basic RF scanner technology for inventory tracking.

• Shift Availability: Openness to work either 2nd shift or 3rd shift hours.

• Reliability: Responsible work ethic, strong safety awareness, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63110.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
