• Outbound Freight Loading: Safely pick, stage, verify, and load outgoing shipments into trailers following proper weight distribution and freight handling best practices.

• Systems Processing: Scan items using RF technology and process shipping transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

• Documentation Verification: Carefully verify order documentation, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) prior to trailer departure to guarantee shipping precision.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment—including sit-down and stand-up forklifts—to move staged palletized inventory.

• Dock Safety & Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized shipping dock and staging bay area in compliance with site safety standards.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience Required: Proven hands-on experience operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up required; swing-reach/turret truck experience is a strong plus).

• Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience using RF scanners alongside WMS and ERP systems for order processing and inventory control.

• Shipping Knowledge: Clear understanding of trailer loading procedures, load securing, and freight handling techniques.

• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail with a strong commitment to zero-defect shipment accuracy and proper documentation.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63106.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
