Position Details:
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Ferndale, WA
Pay: $23.00/hr Day Shift | $26.00/hr Night Shift
What You'll Do
- Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine setups for new production runs.
- Adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues, including equipment misalignment and product defects.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate setup, maintenance, and production records.
- Train production operators on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Partner with the Quality team to improve process performance and reduce defects.
- Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations while following company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine setup, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve equipment and process issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
