Lawn Care & Irrigation Technician | Full-Time

Express Employment is seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to provide lawn care treatments, mowing, irrigation maintenance and repairs, and seasonal services including snow removal. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain pesticide certification within 60 days.
• Lawn care, irrigation, mechanical, or technical experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Reliable, coachable, and able to work flexible seasonal hours.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn care treatments safely and effectively.
• Perform mowing, trimming, and edging services.
• Service, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify additional service opportunities.
