Customer Service Representative

Pay: $17/hr | Onsite | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to assist shareholders with questions, account-related requests, and general support needs. This position involves communicating professionally, researching information across multiple computer systems, and providing accurate solutions while protecting confidential information.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM

Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pre-Employment Screening: Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening are required. 

This is an onsite position.
