No prior machine operation experience is required. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in your work, training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Assemble custom PVC strip curtain products according to work orders and specifications.
• Operate production equipment including RF welding machines, automated strip-processing systems, and assembly tools.
• Review measurements, materials, and product requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and proper assembly.
• Cross-train in multiple manufacturing areas to support production needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, pulling, and material handling.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment.
