Responsibilities:
Prepare units for new tenants
Perform basic maintenance and repairs
Complete painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs
Assist with cleaning and general make-ready duties
Ensure units are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
