Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing consumer products company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity. Base compensation starts at $30.00 to $34.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer account activity and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer balances.
• Resolve billing and payment issues.
• Monitor account activity and identify potential credit risks.
• Prepare collections and aging reports for management.

 

Requirements

• 3 years of accounts receivable, credit, or commercial collections experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations, deductions, and dispute resolution.
• Understanding of credit and collections processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Accounting, Finance, or Business degree preferred.
