Loader / Warehouse Associate

Position Type: Temporary through mid October, with potential for permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (4×10 schedule); Fridays may be required as needed
Pay: DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Loader/Warehouse Associate to provide temporary coverage through approximately mid-October. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term position, as the company would ideally like to find someone who could transition into a permanent role.

This is a very physical, hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable being active throughout the workday and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed
• Use a smartphone/tablet-based system to complete daily tasks and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Work effectively with team members to complete daily production and loading needs
• Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience or certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Comfortable using technology; daily systems and processes are managed through a phone
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, including THC
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, approximately 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, working four 10-hour shifts. Some Fridays may be required depending on business needs.

This position is expected to run through mid-October, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
