We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy logistics operation in West Phoenix. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating details, and keeping shipments moving smoothly.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with warehouse teams and transportation providers to ensure orders and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries promptly
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Track and trace shipments and provide timely status updates
Process customer orders, receiving documentation, and shipment information
Communicate with warehouse personnel, carriers, and other internal teams
Research and resolve customer questions or service issues
Maintain accurate records in warehouse and transportation management systems
Provide proactive communication to keep customers informed
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience
Logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn and navigate warehouse or transportation management systems
Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
$20.00/hour
Monday–Friday schedule
Daytime hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
