Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking motivated individuals for a Springline Operator position with a growing manufacturing company in McComb, Ohio. As a Springline Operator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality OEM hoses used in a variety of industries including agricultural, industrial, medical, military, plumbing, and safety equipment manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Operate springline machinery to form OEM hose products
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met
Meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work closely with team members and supervisors to maximize productivity
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

Wet production environment
Exposure to hot water and heated equipment
