Customer Service Representative

Salary: $24.00 to $27.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a commercial equipment manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $24.00 to $27.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and pricing information
• Enter sales orders and provide order confirmations
• Process invoices and maintain accurate order records
• Create shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments
• Update customer portals with order and tracking information
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, and lead times
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations

 

Requirements

• Minimum one year of customer service or order processing experience
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Accurate and efficient data entry ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving routine order-related inquiries
