Office Administrator

Located in Morgantown, WV

Salary: up to $25

A fabrication and machining company in Morgantown, WV is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team! This is a full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule with the hours of 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.

 

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting customers, entering new customer information, processing quotes, answering phones, handling payments for walk-in customers, and supporting shop staff. You'll also assist with preparing delivery driver paperwork. If you're detail-oriented, professional, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter new customer information and job details
• Process quotes and manage customer data entry
• Answer phones and direct inquiries
• Collect payments from walk-in customers
• Support shop staff with administrative tasks
• Prepare delivery driver paperwork.
• Data enter and process purchase orders.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
• Previous experience in an accounts payable, administrative, or accounts receivable role is preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is highly preferred.
• Bookkeeping experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
