🔧 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and logic controllers.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Experience with electrical systems, electrical schematics, and logic controllers.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance documents.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using a CMMS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks.

• Manufacturing environment with machinery and production equipment.
• Exposure to a strong spice aroma throughout the facility.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
