Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and someone who takes pride in getting things right? We’re looking for a Quality Technician / Quality Administrator to join our team in South Windsor, CT.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure our materials, processes, and finished products meet the highest standards. You’ll work alongside production and quality teams, perform inspections and testing, maintain critical documentation, and help identify opportunities to make our processes even better.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications and workmanship standards.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and finished products.
• Verify products and services meet customer requirements before release.
• Maintain accurate quality records in accordance with internal procedures and AS9100/Nadcap requirements.
• Support projects involving research & development, production technology, continuous improvement, and quality control.
• Help draft, update, and release work instructions and other production documentation.
• Ensure test and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Work collaboratively with production teams, vendors, and customers.
• Follow all applicable safety and health requirements and properly use required PPE.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Even Better If You Have

• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification.
• Coursework or experience in engineering or a quality-related field.
• Experience working with AS9100 and/or Nadcap requirements.
• Previous experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
