Maintenance Technician/Grounds

We are recruiting for  local apartment that is in need of a Skilled Maintenance Technician/Grounds worker.

The associate will preserve and maintain the beauty of the property, assist with work orders; perform maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, maintain common areas, associate doesn't have to be EPA certified, but if so that is a big plus! 

will interface with outside vendors/contractors

Monday- Friday 9-5 $18-19 DOE

wear khaki shorts or pants, plain colored polo, work boots, bring lunch snack and plenty of hydration
