The Associate Supervisor is responsible for coordinating production personnel, assigning work locations and tasks, maintaining proper staffing levels, and ensuring production lines operate efficiently. This position requires a strong manufacturing background, knowledge of packing processes, and the ability to remain highly visible and engaged on the production floor.
The Associate Supervisor will also ensure manufacturing orders are completed on time while maintaining quality standards and customer requirements. Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm. MUST be available to work weekends!!!
