Position: Data Entry Clerk

An Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing Company in Fort Worth is looking to add a receptionist to their team!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:15pm

Pay: $16-23/hr

Position Responsibilities:

Accurately input and maintain technical data into databases and document management systems
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to extract relevant data
Understand and apply military specifications (MIL-STD, MIL-DTL, etc.) to ensure compliance in documentation
Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to clarify ambiguous data or drawing details
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Organize and archive technical documents according to company and regulatory standards
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive technical information
Arriving on time and maintaining consistent attendance are critical to our team's success and your individual performance.
Other administrative duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and military specifications
Familiarity with CAD files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
