Warehouse & Production Associate

Express Employment in Platteville, WI has partnered with a local business in Galena, IL to search for a candidate to support their business in a Warehouse & Production role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with food production and packaging
• Receive, organize, and pull inventory for orders
• Track food safety, inspections, and recall information
• Use computer software for inventory, food safety, and order tracking
• Make deliveries to wholesale customers and pick up products as needed
• Handle cash and customer transactions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with approximately 5 trade shows per year, including travel and overnight stays
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all food safety and company procedures

Requirements

• Food safety certification
• Food manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Money handling experience preferred
• Willingness to travel and work some weekends
• Must agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Flexible schedule based on business demand
