Hotel General Manager | $75,000- $85,000 Salary + Bonus

Located in Fargo, ND

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Drive the implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations while enhancing profit and market share.
• Revenue Management: Participate in Revenue Management strategies. 
• Team Accountability: Hold the property leadership team accountable for executing strategies and guiding professional development across all team members.
• Sales Optimization: Leverage sales engines effectively to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in the local community to foster relationships with officials, businesses, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership experience.
• A team player who leads with integrity and professionalism.
• Proven track record in a recognized hotel brands
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in P&L review, budget creation, and cost control.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
• Initiative-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction focus.
