Hotel Director of Sales | $65,000-$75,000+
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Build and nurture relationships with key clients to generate group business, including room bookings, food and beverage sales, and catering services.
• Networking: Participate in industry events and engage with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses to expand the hotel’s presence and sales opportunities.
• Site Tours: Conduct engaging site visits for potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services.
• Customer Management: Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries and contract developments.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the sales department budget, tracking performance against sales goals and reporting any variances to upper management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Must have hotel experience
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Proactive Approach: Demonstrates initiative, analytical thinking, and perseverance in achieving sales targets.
• Team Player: Professional demeanor and integrity, with a commitment to collaboration.
