Salary: $16.50-17/hr BOE

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate for a manufacturing client located in Buffalo,NY. This position is responsible for preparing food and non-food products for shipment by accurately filling, capping, labeling, packing, and inspecting products while maintaining quality and safety standards. The client produces a variety of pre-packaged hotel and travel size snacks.
 
Shift: Flexible first shift hours available, ranging from 6:00am-2:30pm to 9:00am-5:30pm

Payrate: $16.50-17/hr BOE
 
Job Duties:
  • Fill, cap, label, and package products according to work order specifications.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Follow FDA regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed; boxes may weigh up to 30 lbs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, sanitation, and teamwork.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
